Italy

I recently found this picture of me painting but it's from ages ago. just thought i'd put it on here cause i ain't seen it in a while.

SOOOOO it's like 7 or something hours till i'm going to the airport. eeekkk i'm a bit worried about flying but i think i'll be alrite with my friends around and stuff and if Katy Sergeant is worse than me i will put ALL my energy into reassuring her so i may feel better after that.

so i'm all packed and that. i hope i haven't forgotten anything. although i don't think i will have. i bet Laura and Katy are already in bed! haha that's wierd.

omg i have to type out this becuase it's amazing.

"The wind coming in from Mitchell's Bay grew cool. And rising from the rooftops, a black cloud to shroud the remainder of the day. Leaves shivered as lightening tore the sky to the east, and thunder crashed above us. We didn't speak of going inside. Neither of us made a move. Or a sound. Were we even breathing? Rain battered the porch's metal roof and quickly made rapids of the rocks in the garden. We were scared shitless. There was a moment of silence and stillness, then a gust of wind so strong it blew the lid off the garbage at the curb and threw us back in the rocking chair. I had the strangest sense that the tornado was coming, the very tornado that brought us, like he'd just realised it was all a big mistake. Still, we didn't leave the porch, or move at all, like animals afraid to be seen. The wind shook the curtains of rain as though it suspected we were hiding there. Furious it was, then frustrated, and gone. "

anyway i dont' really have anything else to say.

finished Lauren's t-shirt and she liked it so that's all good :]

in the day i always think of things to write in my blog but i can never remember them when i actually get here.
oh well, it will have to wait another five days now cause i'm off to Italy in 8 hours!
